FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you cover the whole of London?
We primarily focus on West and South West London, including Clapham, Battersea, Fulham, Kensington, Richmond, Wandsworth, and surrounding areas. However, we have taken on projects outside this region in the past, and if a project is a good fit, we’re always open to considering opportunities further afield.
Can you work remotely at the start?
Yes. However, it all starts with a brief consultation call, where we’ll explore your project, review your budget, and decide together on the best approach. Our most popular option is a hybrid package: a few site visits and face-to-face meetings to nail down the key design elements, combined with a remote process for bringing the design to life.
What’s a typical project timeline?
The timeline really depends on the type and scope of your project. For a standard home refurbishment, you can usually expect 8–20 weeks (or sometimes a little longer) from initial concept to final installation, depending on the complexity, lead times, and contractor availability.
